When I first went to high school I remember struggling and being stressed that I wasn’t doing that well, but once I came here, I’ve got a lot more confidence and I’m able to pass my subjects. I couldn’t read in front of people but now I can read in front of the whole class. I love coming because I get to learn and it’s really helping my life.

The ability to make the student feel at home with what they are doing is fantastic, because she is actually talking to them and not to the parent. She makes the student the focus of the exercise. She is always cheerful, smiley and always positive and giving encouragement.
